DIH offers real estate listing histories, property characteristics, listing comments and photos sourced from local brokers and their listing services across approximately 90% of the USA. Great care has been taken to ensure the information is complete, accurate and compliant with real estate rules & regulations. We deliver the real estate listings via ftp as bulk files with history & daily updates, or individual listings via API.

Note that you may not publicly display or resell our real estate listings information — it is for your internal use only.
Coverage: We currently cover approximately 90% of the USA residential real estate market, and we continue to expand our coverage. Our real estate listings information is sourced directly from local brokers and their listing services across the USA. The raw information is then standardized, cleaned and validated to ensure the most complete & accurate aggregated information.
History: Most of our real estate listings go back as far as 2007, with some counties going back as far as the early 1990's.
Updates: Data is updated as soon as new information becomes available. Bulk files are available for download each day from between 4:30am-11:30am (New York time), depending on the amount of data licensed.
Delivery: Bulk listings (history and updates) are delivered as .CSV files via ftp download, or you may request data for individual listings via API.
