DIH offers residential real estate listing histories, property characteristics, listing comments and photos sourced from local brokers and their listing services across the USA. Great care has been taken to ensure the information is complete, accurate and compliant with real estate rules & regulations. We deliver the real estate listings as bulk files with history & daily updates, or individual listings via API.
Compliant Solution: You can be assured that every contract with contributing brokers and listing services has been double-checked in order to deliver a truly compliant solution. A dedicated compliance team works daily to ensure our solution meets and exceeds industry security and legality.
Use Cases: Integrate our real estate listings into your existing valuation practices and financial decision making workflow to improve your existing valuations, review real estate assessment data, fuel the most accurate analytics, and generate automated valuation models (AVMs). Note that you may not publicly display or resell our real estate listings information — it is for your internal use only.
Coverage: We currently cover approximately 90% of the USA residential real estate market, and we continue to expand our coverage. Our real estate listings information is sourced directly from local brokers and their listing services across the USA. The raw information is then standardized, cleaned and validated to ensure the most complete & accurate aggregated information.
History: Most of our real estate listings go back as far as 2007, with some counties going back as far as the early 1990's.
Updates: Data is updated as soon as new information becomes available. Bulk files are available for download each day from between 4:30am-11:30am (New York time), depending on the amount of data licensed.
